Our money-back guarantee applies to eligible website design projects and is subject to the terms on this page and your written project agreement. It is not an unconditional refund promise.
Eligibility
The guarantee applies to eligible website design projects that are confirmed in your written project agreement. Refund conditions
Any refund is assessed against the scope, milestones and payments recorded in your project agreement. Refund amounts, and whether any portion of work already delivered is deducted, are confirmed in that agreement. Exclusions
Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, paid plugins, stock media, advertising spend and printing are not refundable by us unless your agreement states otherwise. How to request a refund

Free logo and business card design
Free logo design and free business card design are included at no additional design charge for eligible website design projects. Physical printing and delivery of business cards are not included unless separately agreed.
